At Showcased Cards, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance electronics and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware and verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
